Pilates focuses on alignment and using your muscles in a controlled way while intergrating breathe into each movement.
Our resident Massage Therapist is trained and experienced in Remedial, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Pregnancy Massage.

We offer 8 week training phases that are not only scheduled sessions full of variety and great workouts.
